TWO MATERIAL EXPRESSIONS

The character
is in the details.

01 / WARM · OUR RECOMMENDATIONWarm ivory, red clay tile and dark timber exterior palette

Warmth and definition

Ivory plaster, red clay and dark timber give the arches, roof and courtyard a coherent, warm character.
02 / SOFT · ALTERNATIVESandy walls, weathered brown tile and lighter timber exterior palette

A quieter contrast

Sandy walls and lighter timber soften the same architecture, with less red-clay warmth and dark definition.

Illustrative color relationships and concept material studies—not paint codes, exact color matches or product samples.

DETAIL VIEW / THE GARDEN ELEVATION

Terraza superior

The upper terrace sits above the kitchen and Sala Familiar. Iron railings and planting define an outdoor edge over the shared living spaces.

Detail from the garden visualization, not a separate camera view. Access, structure, waterproofing and guards remain subject to coordination. Site levels and landscape are illustrative.

MATERIALS & RESILIENCE

Fire mitigation

Clay-tile character and fire resilience depend on a complete roof system.

01

Cubierta Clase AClass A roof system

Clay tile can form part of a Class A roof assembly. Tile, deck and required underlayment work as a system; appearance alone does not establish certification. Product documentation, slope and framing loads require coordination.

02

Control de brasasEmber protection

Tile-profile closures, roof-edge and eave details, and suitable ember-resistant vents reduce ember-entry points while preserving necessary ventilation.

03

MantenimientoMaintenance

Regular roof and gutter debris removal and appropriate noncombustible gutter protection limit combustible buildup.

04

Entorno de la viviendaHome surroundings

Defensible space and planting belong in the same strategy. Illustrated planting and exposed-timber details may need revision after fire coordination; they are not a completed mitigation plan.

Reduces risk; does not make the home fireproof. Project-specific requirements and final construction details remain to be verified.
